Needle bar Grommets these are our standard grommets sold by us since the 1970's Black in colour made from Thermo Plastic Elastomer. Can be inserted into needle bar loop and pinched for firmness. Some tattooists would cut off one side and use on armature bar, these were the original "Top Hat" grommets.
